Hand thrown on the wheel or rolled using a slab roller. All the procelain is bisque fired at 1800 degrees. Then sanded, waxed, and base glazed, using a clear glaze. The painting is done as an overglaze, using mostly manufactured ceramic stains, mixed only in water, then painted on the surface of the clear glaze. The ware is then fired a second time to around 2200 degrees Fahrenheit.
